**New Hampshire:** Life-threatening flash flooding is ongoing or expected through **11:15 AM EDT** around Manchester, Nashua, Derry, Merrimack and Durham. Heavy thunderstorms have dropped 1–2.5 inches of rain, with another 1–3 inches possible in an hour. Flooding may affect **I-93 (mile markers 1–31)** and **I-293 (mile markers 1–11)**, along with streets, underpasses and urban drainage areas. Never drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.
**North Dakota:** A severe thunderstorm near **Grand Forks AFB** is moving northeast at 45 mph through **7:15 AM CDT**, affecting Larimore, Northwood, Emerado and nearby areas. Quarter-size hail could damage vehicles. Avoid exposed travel and seek covered parking if possible.
**Florida Big Bend/Panhandle:** A Flood Watch remains in effect through this evening from Gulf and Franklin counties east through Leon, Jefferson, Wakulla, Taylor and Dixie counties. Repeated storms may produce another 2–4 inches of rain, causing flooding on low-lying, poor-drainage and urban roads.
