🚨 **Southeast Arizona:** A **Tornado Warning** is in effect near Parker Canyon Lake and Ramsey Canyon Preserve until **8:15 PM MST**. A tornado-capable storm is moving southwest at 25 mph, with quarter-size hail possible. **Route 83 between mile markers 3–6 is affected. Seek sturdy shelter now and check the NWS for the latest information.**
Also in southeast Arizona, severe storms may bring **60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail** near Arivaca, Patagonia, Sonoita, Elgin, Sierra Vista, and Willcox. Use caution or delay travel on **I-10, I-19, and Routes 82, 83, 90, 92 and 186.** Flash flooding is ongoing or possible along **I-19 between mile markers 25–43** through **10:45 PM MST**; avoid flooded washes, underpasses, and low-water crossings.
🌧️ **Guam:** Flash flooding from thunderstorms is affecting the island, including Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao and Chalan Pago-Ordot. **2–4 inches of rain** have fallen; avoid flooded streets and low-lying routes through **1:45 PM ChST**.
🌧️ **Southeast Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is possible through **2:45 AM EDT** in and around Philadelphia. Heavy rain could fall at **1–2 inches per hour**, affecting **I-476 (mile markers 9–11), I-76 (335–340), and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (344–352).** Nighttime flooding may hide water-covered roads.
⛈️ **New Mexico:** A severe thunderstorm near Wagon Mound is moving east at 10 mph, with **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail** possible until **9:15 PM MDT**. Use caution on **I-25 between mile markers 384–394**; do not drive through water over low crossings.
🌧️ **Kansas and Missouri:** Flash flooding is possible through Thursday morning across eastern Kansas and much of northern and western Missouri. Rainfall of **1–2 inches**, with localized **3+ inches**, could flood low-lying roads and creeks. Near Blairstown, Missouri, Big Creek flooding may impact the west approach to the **N Highway bridge** and **B Highway** through Saturday afternoon.
