**Iowa & northern Missouri:** Dense fog is reducing visibility to **one-quarter mile or less** in parts of central, eastern, southern and southwest Iowa, as well as north-central, northeast and northwest Missouri. Advisories run until **9 AM CDT**. Slow down, use headlights, and leave extra following distance.
**Rota, Northern Mariana Islands:** Urban and small-stream flooding is affecting low-lying and poor-drainage areas, including **Sinapalo, Songsong, Annex F, Tenetu and I Chenchon**, through **8 PM ChST**. Another **0.8 to 1.4 inches** of rain is possible. Never drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.
