**Flash flooding is a driving hazard this morning** in east-central Howard County, Arkansas, including Corinth and Center Point. Thunderstorms have dropped 1–3 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible through **1 PM CDT**. Flooding may affect highways, streets, underpasses, small streams, and other low-lying areas.

In southeastern Oklahoma and northeastern Texas, heavy thunderstorms may cause urban and small-stream flooding near **Idabel, OK, and Harris, TX**, through **12:45 PM CDT**. An additional 1–2 inches of rain is possible, especially in poor-drainage and low-lying areas.

Never drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown. Slow down in heavy rain and watch for water-covered pavement and underpasses.
