**Arizona:** Life-threatening flash flooding is underway or expected across parts of Pima, La Paz, Navajo and Coconino counties. Avoid flooded washes, underpasses and low-water crossings. Key trouble spots include **I-10 near Brenda (mile markers 27–36)**, **US 60 near Brenda**, **Highway 160, Highway 163 and SR-564 near Tsegi**, and **Route 86 near Sells/Topawa**. Heavy rain has produced up to 2.5 inches in some areas, with more possible. Tucson also has severe thunderstorms through 7:30 PM MST, with 60 mph winds, quarter-size hail and hazards on **I-10 near mile markers 262–267**.
**California/Nevada/Arizona tri-state area:** Heavy thunderstorms may put water over roads and make low-water crossings impassable near **I-40, Highway 95, Bullhead City, Laughlin and Needles** through 9:45 PM PDT/MST. Additional flooding concerns continue around **SR-127 near Dumont Dunes** and around **Essex/National Trails Highway** in San Bernardino County.
**Ohio/Indiana:** Severe thunderstorms with 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail are affecting northwest and west-central Ohio, including **I-75 from mile markers 96–127**, near Celina, Wapakoneta, Lima and Van Wert. Storms are moving east to southeast at 25–45 mph. Heavy rain may also flood low-lying roads around Van Wert and Decatur, with 1–2 additional inches possible. Severe-thunderstorm watches remain in effect across much of Indiana and northwest Ohio until 2 AM EDT.
**New York:** A severe thunderstorm moving east at 20 mph may bring 60 mph wind gusts, quarter-size hail and torrential rain to parts of Franklin and St. Lawrence counties—including Dickinson, Lawrence, Stockholm and Potsdam—through 10:45 PM EDT.
**South Dakota:** A destructive thunderstorm near Bison and Prairie City is producing baseball-size hail and 60 mph wind gusts through 8:15 PM MDT. Avoid travel if possible; hail and wind can damage vehicles and bring down trees.
**Central Plains:** Severe-thunderstorm watches remain in effect for eastern Colorado and western Kansas through 11 PM MDT/midnight CDT, and for parts of north-central and west-central Nebraska through midnight CDT. Be prepared for rapidly changing driving conditions from strong storms.
