🚨 **Tornado Warning — Dubuque, Iowa:** A tornado-capable squall line is moving east at 55 mph near Dubuque, Asbury, Peosta and surrounding areas. Warning expires **8:15 AM CDT.** Dangerous winds and flying debris can make travel deadly—**do not drive into the warned area; seek sturdy shelter immediately and check NWS updates.**

**Iowa & southwest Wisconsin:** Severe storms are producing up to **70 mph wind gusts**, torrential rain and possible tornadoes around Dubuque, Dyersville, Maquoketa, Clinton, Cascade and Grant County, Wisconsin. Expect downed trees, debris and rapidly flooded roads. A broader severe-storm watch remains through **2 PM CDT.** Flooding is also affecting the Charles City/New Hampton area after 2–3 inches of rain.

**Ohio & eastern Indiana:** Severe storms with **60 mph winds, hail and torrential rain** are crossing I-70 and I-75 corridors, including near Dayton, Springfield, Troy, Sidney, Richmond, Anderson and New Castle. Avoid I-70 and I-75 sections in warned areas if possible; slow down for sudden wind gusts, debris and ponding. Flash flooding is possible around Cambridge, Barnesville, Woodsfield and Caldwell, with another 1–3 inches of rain possible.

**West Virginia:** Flash flooding threatens Charleston-area travel, including sections of **I-77, I-64, I-79, Route 119 and the West Virginia Turnpike.** Heavy rain may flood streets, underpasses and low-lying roads through **11:45 AM EDT.**

**Pennsylvania, Maryland & southeast Ohio:** Numerous roads remain closed or flooded in southwestern Somerset County, Pennsylvania, and Garrett County, Maryland. Flooding is also impacting roads near Thornville, Ohio. Avoid barricades and low-water crossings—never drive through water-covered roads.

**Illinois, Wisconsin, northwest Indiana, Kentucky and surrounding areas:** Severe-thunderstorm watches remain in effect into the afternoon, including the Chicago/northeast Illinois area, Milwaukee-Madison corridor, northwest Indiana, and much of central/northern Kentucky. Be prepared for sudden damaging winds, lightning, heavy rain and rapidly changing road conditions.

**Arizona:** Minor flooding remains possible near Wikieup, Alamo Lake and Burro Creek Campground in southern Mohave County after heavy thunderstorm rain.
