**Arizona:** Life-threatening flash flooding is ongoing or possible across western and southwestern La Paz County after 1–2.5 inches of rain, with another 0.5–1 inch possible in some areas. **Kentucky:** Flash flooding is affecting Clay County, including Manchester, Goose Rock, Ogle, Botto, and Lipps, after 1.5–3 inches of rain. Nearby low-lying roads in the London area of Clay, Jackson, and Laurel counties may also be flooded through 11:30 PM EDT.

**Tennessee/Virginia:** A severe thunderstorm near Gate City is moving east at 30 mph, with 60 mph gusts and quarter-size hail possible around Kingsport, Gate City, Surgoinsville, Weber City, and Church Hill. Use caution on **I-26 in Tennessee between mile markers 1 and 3** through 11:15 PM EDT.

**Indiana/Ohio:** Significant flooding is affecting central and east-central Indiana, including the Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Columbus, Greenwood, Shelbyville, and New Castle areas. Many roads are vulnerable to high water after 1–10 inches of rainfall. Along the Indiana-Ohio line, flooding has closed numerous roads near Richmond, Hagerstown, and Cambridge City; avoid **I-70 near Exit 145** and surrounding routes through 1 PM EDT Thursday.

**Illinois:** Minor flooding continues along Thorn Creek near Thornton and Glenwood in Cook County through Thursday afternoon.

**Colorado:** A Flash Flood Watch is in effect Thursday afternoon through evening for the Aspen Acres burn scar near Beulah and San Isabel. Heavy rain could trigger debris flows and flooding near Highways 165 and 78.
