🚨 **Tornado Warning — Greene County, Iowa, until 6:15 AM CDT:** A tornado-capable storm near Scranton is moving northeast at 35 mph toward Churdan. **Seek sturdy shelter immediately; do not drive into the storm.** Check the NWS for the latest information.
**Iowa:** Severe storms are racing east at 55 mph across central and west-central Iowa, including along **I-80 between mile markers 111 and 120**, through 6:30 AM CDT. Wind gusts up to 60 mph are possible, with severe-storm watches extending across much of the state through 8–11 AM CDT. Damaging winds could reach 75–85 mph in some areas, with hail and isolated tornadoes possible. Avoid unnecessary travel; watch for downed trees and debris.
**Iowa/Nebraska:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected in northern Monona County, IA, and Thurston County, NE—including Onawa, Mapleton, Walthill, Whiting and Ute—through 8:30 AM CDT. Two to five inches of rain has fallen, with another inch possible. Roads, highways, underpasses and low spots may flood. **Never drive through flooded pavement.**
**Utah:** Life-threatening flash flooding is possible around **Zion National Park** through 6:15 AM MDT, including dry washes, streams, and canyon routes. Flooding is also affecting parts of Washington County near Hurricane, La Verkin, Toquerville, Leeds and Pintura. Avoid washes and low-water crossings, even if rain has stopped.
**South Dakota:** Numerous roads remain closed near **Highmore** in Hyde County after 3–6 inches of rain. Several gravel roads are under water; flooding continues through 9 AM CDT.
**Indiana/Ohio:** Major flooding continues along the West Fork Whitewater River near Alpine, Connersville, Nulltown and Laurel, Indiana. Additional road closures are reported across Fayette, Franklin and Union counties after 6–9 inches of rain. The Whitewater River near Brookville is also expected to affect county roads and portions of **Route 52** through Friday morning.
**Kentucky/Virginia:** Flooding and flash-flood concerns continue across eastern and southeastern Kentucky, with watches extending into Friday morning in some areas. Minor flooding is affecting Estill County near Irvine and Ravenna. In southwest Virginia, low-lying roads near Pound in Wise County may flood through 9:30 AM EDT.
**Michigan:** Dense fog is reducing visibility to near zero across parts of western, central and southern Michigan through 10 AM EDT. Slow down, use headlights, and leave extra following distance.
