🚗 **Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
**West Virginia:** Life-threatening flash flooding is affecting parts of southern and southeastern WV. Avoid flooded roads on **I-64 (mile markers 120–128), U.S. Route 19, and the West Virginia Turnpike (mile markers 31–92)**. Flooding is also affecting areas near Beckley, Fayetteville, Oak Hill, and Parsons. Heavy rain has already dropped up to 3.5 inches, with more possible; warnings run into this afternoon. Never drive through water-covered roads or underpasses.
**Southeast WV & west-central Virginia:** A Flood Watch remains in effect through late Monday night for parts of Greenbrier, Mercer, Monroe, Summers, Alleghany, and Bath counties. Saturated ground and additional heavy rain could flood low-water crossings, creeks, and roads.
**Hawaii:** Flash flooding and numerous road closures continue in the Kau District of the Big Island, including around Pahala, Naalehu, and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Heavy showers may still produce rain rates up to 1.5 inches per hour. Minor road flooding is also possible on Lanai and Molokai, where rain rates of 1–2 inches per hour are reported.
**Wyoming:** Dense fog is reducing visibility to as low as one-quarter mile on **I-80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie** through 8 AM MDT. Slow down, use headlights, and leave extra following distance.
**Nebraska:** Minor flooding from thunderstorms is affecting parts of south-central Nebraska near Doniphan and Prosser, where 1.5–2.5 inches of rain has fallen. Watch for water in low spots and poor-drainage roads through 9 AM CDT.
