**Road-Weather Update**
**Nebraska:** Severe thunderstorms near Stuart, Atkinson, and Emmet are moving southeast at 25 mph, bringing golf ball-size hail and wind gusts up to 60 mph. Highway 20 between mile markers 273 and 305 is included. Avoid stopping under trees or overpasses; be prepared for sudden wind, hail, and reduced visibility through 9:30 AM CDT.
**Illinois:** River flooding is affecting travel near the Sangamon River at Monticello in Piatt County through early Friday afternoon. Minor flooding also continues along the Illinois River near La Salle, Spring Valley, and Peru, with agricultural areas inundated; the warning runs through this afternoon. Never drive around barricades or through flooded roads.
**Colorado:** Flash flooding and debris flows are possible this afternoon through the evening near the Aspen Acres Burn Scar in the Wet Mountains and Pueblo County area. Heavy rain may quickly flood low-lying roads and streets, especially near burn-scar drainage areas. Turn around if water covers the roadway.
