North to northwest winds of 25–35 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph, may make driving difficult—especially for high-profile vehicles. Watch for blown debris, downed limbs, and possible power outages.
**Guam:** A Flood Advisory remains in effect until 3 AM ChST for southern Guam, including Tamuning, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, and Yona. Heavy thunderstorms may cause water over roads, flooding in low-lying or poor-drainage areas, and impassable low-water crossings. Never drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.
