🚧 **Nationwide Road-Weather Update**

**Southeast:** Flash flooding is ongoing in parts of south-central Alabama, southeastern Alabama, and Florida’s Panhandle. Heavy thunderstorms have produced **2–4 inches of rain**, with additional intense rainfall possible. Areas near **Andalusia, Opp, Geneva, Samson, DeFuniak Springs, and Ponce de Leon** may see flooding of roads, underpasses, creeks, and low-lying areas. Warnings generally continue through late tonight.

A flood watch remains in effect through **Saturday afternoon** across parts of south-central Alabama and northwest Florida, where Hurricane Isaias could produce an additional **2–4 inches, with localized amounts up to 6 inches**.

River flooding is expected near **Mossy Head, Florida**, including **CR 1087**; the **Hinote Road Bridge may flood**. Near **Milton**, Big Coldwater Creek is forecast to rise above flood stage Saturday morning. In southeast Georgia, the **Satilla River near Atkinson** is flooding; **River Rock Road** and secondary roads near campgrounds may become impassable.

**Northeast Florida:** Minor urban and small-stream flooding is possible around **Jacksonville, Middleburg, and Oakleaf Plantation** through late tonight.

**Guam:** Flash flooding is affecting central and southern Guam, including **Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Yona, and Talofofo**, with **2–4 inches of rain reported**. Warnings continue until **12:30 PM ChST**.
