🚧 **New Mexico:** Life-threatening flash flooding is ongoing near the Sacaton and Hummingbird burn scars in south-central Catron County. Up to 1.3 inches of rain has fallen, with debris flows possible on **Willow Creek Road** and **Bursum Road near Willow Creek Campground**. Avoid flooded roads, creek crossings, and burn-scar areas through 7:15 PM MDT. Elsewhere near **Datil**, water may cover low-water crossings and **Highway 60 through the Sawtooth Mountains** through 7:30 PM MDT.
🌧️ **Northeast Ohio & Northwest Pennsylvania:** A Flood Watch remains in effect through midnight EDT for areas including Ashtabula, Mahoning, Trumbull, Crawford, and Erie counties. Another 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is likely, with locally higher totals possible. Watch for rapidly rising water on low-lying roads, near streams, and in poor-drainage areas.
🌧️ **South Texas:** Heavy thunderstorms have dropped 1 to 2.5 inches of rain across northeastern Starr County, with another 1 to 2 inches possible through 6:45 PM CDT. Expect ponding and flooding on low-lying roads and near arroyos.
