🚗 **Road-Weather Update: Flooding Affecting Parts of NY, WV, NC & TN**

– **New York:** Flash flooding is affecting the Endicott, Vestal and Vestal Center area in southwestern Broome County through **1 AM EDT**. Up to 2 inches of rain has fallen, with flooding possible near Choconut Creek and on streets, highways and underpasses. In Niagara County, numerous roads remain closed around **Lockport and Shawnee** after 2–4 inches of rain; flooding continues through **3 AM EDT**.

– **West Virginia:** Heavy thunderstorms have dropped 1.5–2.5 inches of rain across parts of McDowell and Wyoming counties, including **Pineville, Oceana, Davy, Baileysville and Wolf Pen**. Another 0.5–1.5 inches is possible through **2:30 AM EDT**, with rapid flooding possible on low-lying roads, creek crossings and underpasses.

– **North Carolina:** Numerous roads remain closed in Ashe, Watauga and Wilkes counties, including around **Boone, West Jefferson, Blowing Rock, Deep Gap and Todd**, due to flooding from earlier thunderstorms. The Flood Warning continues until **2:45 AM EDT**.

– **Tennessee:** Minor flooding is possible in low-lying and poor-drainage areas of central Carter and southwestern Johnson counties, including **Doeville, Sadie and Shady Valley**, through **2 AM EDT**.
