**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
⚠️ **Flash flooding and standing water:**
• **Massachusetts:** Northern Worcester and northwestern Middlesex counties—including Lowell, Leominster, Fitchburg, Chelmsford and Dracut—could see another 1–2 inches of rain per hour. Flooding may affect streets, underpasses, highways and low-lying areas through **10 AM EDT**.
• **Southeast Pennsylvania:** Flooding continues in Bucks and Montgomery counties, including portions of **I-476 (mile markers 15–19)** and **I-76 (327–337)**, through **8 AM EDT**. Rain totals of 1.5–3 inches have fallen; drainage-related flooding may persist.
• **Western Maine/Northern New Hampshire:** Water may cover roads around Conway, Bridgton, Fryeburg, Ossipee and Waterford through **10 AM EDT**. An additional 0.5–1.5 inches of rain is possible.
• **Florida Big Bend:** Roads in Dixie, Lafayette and Taylor counties—including around Steinhatchee and Cross City—may flood through **9:30 AM EDT**. The area has received 8–12 inches of rain in recent days, with additional downpours of 2–3 inches per hour possible.
⛈️ **Severe thunderstorms:**
• **North Dakota:** Half-dollar-size hail is possible near Grafton, Minto, Oslo, Gilby and Forest River, including **I-29 between mile markers 158 and 184**, through **6:45 AM CDT**. Storms are moving northeast at 35 mph.
• **Northern Minnesota:** A severe storm near Carmel is moving east at 25 mph, with half-dollar-size hail possible near Thorhult, Malcolm, Jelle and Fourtown through **6:45 AM CDT**. Vehicle damage is possible.
🌫️ **Dense fog:**
• **Northeast Georgia and Upstate South Carolina:** Visibility may drop to one-quarter mile or less through **10 AM EDT**, including parts of Habersham, Stephens, Franklin, Hart, Cherokee, Anderson, Oconee, Pickens, Greenville and Spartanburg areas.
