**Arizona:** Dangerous dust and severe thunderstorms are affecting Cochise County, including **I-10**. Blowing dust near San Simon is moving west-southwest at 10–15 mph, with visibility under a quarter-mile and winds over 60 mph through **6:30 PM MST**. Severe storms near Willcox, Bowie, San Simon, Tombstone and Sierra Vista can bring 60–65 mph gusts, large hail, dense dust and torrential rain. Use extreme caution on I-10, Routes 80, 82, 90, 181, 186 and 191. Do not drive into dust storms or flooded roads—pull safely off the roadway if caught in blowing dust.
**South Carolina:** Flash flooding is ongoing near **North Hartsville and Clyde** in Darlington County after up to 6 inches of rain. Highways, streets, low-lying areas and drainage crossings may be flooded or damaged through **9:45 PM EDT**. Additional minor stream flooding is possible around **Kershaw and Westville**, where another inch of rain may fall. Never drive through water-covered roads or around barricades.
**North Carolina:** A severe thunderstorm is moving northeast at 10 mph across parts of the Lillington–Dunn–Angier–Benson area through **8:30 PM EDT**. Expect 60 mph wind gusts, hail and torrential rain near **I-95** and **I-40**, with possible flash flooding and downed trees.
