Expect sudden crosswinds, falling tree debris and reduced visibility—slow down and avoid driving near damaged trees or loose debris.

**North Carolina:** Minor flooding is ongoing around Monroe in Union County through 1 AM EDT. Bearskin Creek is out of its banks, with impacts near the Dickerson Park greenway. Do not drive across flooded roads, especially after dark.

**Georgia:** Heavy rain is causing or may soon cause minor flooding in parts of Berrien and Cook counties, including Adel, Nashville, Sparks, Lenox and Cecil, through 11:45 PM EDT. Watch for water covering low-lying and poorly drained roads; turn around if a road is flooded.
