**Road-Weather Update**
**Utah:** Severe thunderstorms and flooding affecting Carbon, Emery and southeastern Sanpete counties. On **Utah Route 10 between mile markers 42β66**, near Huntington, Wellington, Cleveland and Elmo, expect 60 mph wind gusts, quarter-size hail and torrential rain through **3:15 PM MDT**. Flooding is occurring or imminent through **5:45 PM MDT**, with high water on Cottonwood Creek approaching the Main Street bridge in Orangeville. Never drive through flooded roads.
**Florida:** Severe storms in central Pasco and northeastern Manatee/southeastern Hillsborough counties through **5:15 PM EDT**. Around Moon Lake, Shady Hills, Bradenton, Ruskin and Ellenton, storms may produce 60 mph wind gusts. Storms near Parrish are moving northwest at 10 mph, while another east of Hudson is nearly stationary. Watch for downed trees, debris and sudden wind hazards.
**Wyoming:** Severe thunderstorms moving northeast at 45 mph across parts of Goshen, Niobrara, Platte and Converse counties through **3:45 PM MDT**. Torrington, Lusk, Guernsey, Lingle and Fort Laramie may see wind gusts up to 60 mph. Be prepared for tree damage and dangerous crosswinds.
**North Carolina:** Heavy rain is causing or may soon cause minor flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas. Advisories include Bladenboro and Abbottsburg until **7:30 PM EDT**; Burlington, Graham, Mebane, Elon and McLeansville until **7:45 PM EDT**, where up to 2 inches has fallen and another inch is possible; and Lumberton, Pembroke and Rowland until **6:30 PM EDT**. Slow down, avoid standing water and turn around if roads are flooded.
