**Arizona:** Life-threatening flash flooding is ongoing or expected this evening across parts of Gila, Pima and Graham counties. Heavy thunderstorms have dropped **1–3 inches of rain** near Globe, Miami, Claypool, Inspiration, Vamori and Cowlic. Avoid flooded streets, underpasses, washes and creek crossings; **Indian Route 20 at Cowlic** is among the flood-prone locations. Warnings run until **10:45 PM to 11:45 PM MST**, depending on area.
**South Dakota:** Severe thunderstorms are affecting portions of central and western South Dakota, including near Eagle Butte, South Eagle Butte, Parade, Agar and Sutton Bay Recreation Area. Storms are moving northeast at **15–30 mph** and may produce **60 mph wind gusts** and **quarter- to ping-pong-ball-size hail**, creating hazardous driving conditions and possible vehicle damage.
