**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
🚧 **New Mexico:** Life-threatening flash flooding is underway across parts of central and eastern NM. **US 380 is closed at mile marker 103** near the Rio Bonito, with flooding also affecting US 380 near Lincoln and **Highway 246** near the Seven Cabins burn scar. **Highway 60** faces flash-flood risk from mile markers 370–391 near Clovis. Rainfall of 1–3 inches has fallen in spots, with more possible through this evening. Never drive through flooded roads, arroyos, underpasses, or low-water crossings.
🚧 **West Texas:** Flash flooding from thunderstorms is affecting the Toyah area in Culberson and Reeves counties. Up to 2.5 inches of rain has fallen, with another inch possible through **7:45 PM CDT**. Watch for water-covered roads and rapidly flooding low spots.
🚧 **Southeastern Ohio:** Numerous roads remain closed or flooded in parts of Gallia and Vinton counties, including near Rio Grande, Vinton, Wilkesville, Adamsville, and Radcliffe. Low-water crossings may be impassable through **midnight EDT**.
🚧 **West Virginia:** Flooded roadways are reported across parts of central and north-central West Virginia, including near Glenville, Sutton, Grantsville, and Gassaway. Creek and low-lying-road flooding continues through **10:15 PM EDT**.
🚧 **Southern California:** Heavy thunderstorms may cause water over low-water crossings and poor-drainage roads in rural Riverside and San Bernardino counties through **6:30 PM PDT**.
