🚗 **Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
– **Texas:** A Flash Flood Warning continues through **10:30 a.m. CDT** for Gaines County, including **Seminole and Seagraves**. Storms have dropped **1–1.5 inches of rain**, with up to another inch possible. Flooding may affect highways, streets, underpasses, and low-lying areas. **Never drive through floodwater—turn around, don’t drown.**
– **Oregon and Washington:** Wind Advisories are in effect through this evening across the **Columbia River Gorge, Lower Columbia Basin, Blue Mountain foothills, North-Central Oregon, Yakima Valley, Simcoe Highlands, and Central Oregon**. Southwest-to-west winds of **20–35 mph**, with gusts up to **40–55 mph**, may make driving difficult for high-profile vehicles. Blowing dust could sharply reduce visibility.
– **North Dakota:** Dense fog through **11 a.m. CDT** in parts of eastern and central North Dakota, including Towner, Cavalier, Pembina, Benson, Eddy, Griggs, Barnes, Ransom, and Sargent counties.
