**New Mexico:** **Life-threatening flash flooding** is affecting Curry and Roosevelt counties, including **Highway 60 between mile markers 371–393**, with 1–2.5 inches of rain already reported and up to 1 inch more possible. In Socorro County, flooding is impacting **I-25 between mile markers 139–158** and **Highway 60 between mile markers 122–138**; up to 4 inches has fallen, with more rain possible. Warnings expire at **11:15 p.m. MDT**. A flood advisory continues near Bingham until **12:30 a.m. MDT**. **Turn around—do not drive through flooded roads.**
**Montana:** High Wind Warnings cover portions of the Northern and Southern High Plains, Bears Paw Mountains, Blaine, Chouteau, Glacier, Liberty, Pondera, Toole, and Hill County areas.
