🌧️ **Kansas:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected across Jewell, Mitchell, Osborne and Smith counties, including Osborne, Downs, Mankato, Cawker City and Glen Elder. **2.5–4.5 inches of rain** has fallen, with flooding possible on highways, streets, underpasses, creeks and low-lying areas. Warning expires **5:15 AM CDT**.
🌧️ **Texas Panhandle:** Flash flooding is affecting western Randall County, including Canyon, Umbarger, Mescalero Park and Buffalo Lake. Up to **2 inches of additional rain** is possible, with water over roads and flooding in underpasses and low areas. Warning expires **3:30 AM CDT**. A separate advisory for northeastern Randall County, including Lake Tanglewood and Timbercreek Canyon, continues until **3:45 AM CDT**.
🌧️ **New Mexico:** A **Flood Watch** remains in effect through **3 AM MDT** for parts of east-central and southeast New Mexico, including the South Central Mountains, Curry, Roosevelt, Chaves, Eastern Lincoln and Southwest Chaves areas. Low-water crossings, arroyos, streams and poor-drainage areas may flood.
