**Road-Weather Update**

🌧️ **Flooding is affecting parts of Iowa, Florida, and Alabama:**

– **Iowa:** Minor river flooding continues near Tama in Poweshiek and Tama counties, with water affecting portions of C and D avenues south of **US-30**. The warning is in effect until Tuesday morning. In Polk County, flooding has closed **SW 30th Street** and part of **George Flagg Parkway**; the warning continues until this evening.
– **Northwest Florida:** Heavy thunderstorms have produced 2–3 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible in southern Okaloosa and Santa Rosa counties, including Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville, Gulf Breeze, and Navarre. Minor flooding of low-lying and poor-drainage roads is expected through **7 a.m. CDT**.
– **Southeastern Alabama:** Central Coffee and northwestern Dale counties—including Elba, Enterprise, Ozark, and Fort Rucker—received 3–6 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible. Minor flooding is expected through **7:30 a.m. CDT**.
