– **Georgia:** The Satilla River near Atkinson in Brantley County is expected to rise above flood stage after midnight. Secondary roads near KOA campgrounds may flood at 13 feet, and **River Rock Road** may be covered at 14 feet. The warning is in effect through Saturday morning and may be extended.
– **Iowa:** **Major flooding** continues along the Wapsipinicon River near De Witt, affecting Clinton and Scott counties. Water is affecting **old U.S. Highway 61**. The warning continues until Tuesday morning; avoid flooded roads and barricades.
– **Northeastern Florida:** Heavy thunderstorms have produced 1–2 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible through noon. Minor flooding is possible in low-lying areas around **Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Neptune Beach**.
