Minor flooding is occurring or forecast along the **Calcasieu River** in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. **Goos Ferry Road** will experience minor flooding near White Oak Park. Flooding near the Salt Water Barrier is expected to continue through Friday evening.
The **Neches River** near the Saltwater Barrier is expected to rise above flood stage in **Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, and Orange counties, Texas**, with water potentially covering portions of **Four Oaks Ranch Road**. Additional rises are possible; the warning is in effect until further notice.
🌫️ **Dense fog — Alaska:**
Visibility of **one-quarter mile or less** is affecting the **Fairbanks metro area, Eielson AFB, and Salcha** through **1 PM AKDT**. Slow down, use headlights, and increase following distance.
