– **New York & northeastern Pennsylvania:** Flooded streets, highways and underpasses are possible around Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Lockport, North Tonawanda, Binghamton, Johnson City, Endicott and Montrose. Niagara County has reported flooded roads near Lockport and Shawnee after 1.5–3 inches of rain. Warnings generally expire between **11 PM and 11:45 PM EDT**.
– **Pennsylvania:** Life-threatening flash flooding is reported in Bradford and Sullivan counties. **Route 220 near New Albany is flooded.** Up to 3–4 inches of rain has fallen in Sullivan County, while eastern Bradford County has received 2.5–3.5 inches. A separate river flood threat may affect secondary roads near Penns Creek in Snyder and Union counties through Monday morning.
– **New Mexico:** A severe thunderstorm near Beaverhead is moving south at 20 mph, capable of **60 mph wind gusts**, small hail, and sudden flooding at low-water crossings.
– **Deep South Texas:** Heavy rain is causing minor flooding in southwestern Brooks County and Hidalgo County, including Mission, Palmview, La Joya, Pharr and Hidalgo. Rain totals of 1–3.5 inches have fallen, with more possible through this evening.
