**Pennsylvania/New Jersey:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected near **I-78** in eastern PA and Warren County, NJ, including the Allentown–Easton–Bethlehem area. Rainfall rates may reach **1–2 inches in an hour**, with flooding possible on highways, streets, underpasses, and low-lying areas through **3:30 AM EDT**.
