Another 0.5 to 1.5 inches is possible, with minor flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas through **6:45 PM EDT**.
**Southeastern North Carolina:** Eastern Columbus County—including Sandyfield, Freeman, Delco, Riegelwood and Bolton—has received up to 3 inches of rain, with up to 1.5 additional inches possible. Expect minor flooding on low-lying and poorly drained roads through **5:30 PM EDT**.
