**New Jersey & southeastern Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is already occurring through **4:45 PM EDT**. Heavy thunderstorms have dropped **1 to 4.5 inches of rain**, with another inch possible in parts of central/southern NJ and eastern Bucks County, PA. Expect flooded streets, underpasses, highways and ongoing road closures.
Use extreme caution on **I-295, I-76, I-95, I-676, I-287, I-195, the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.** Never drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.
A severe thunderstorm near **Toms River, Barnegat and Seaside Heights, NJ** may produce **60 mph wind gusts** through **3:45 PM EDT**, creating risks from downed trees, power lines and debris, including along the Garden State Parkway.
**Northern New Hampshire:** A severe thunderstorm moving northeast at **35 mph** may bring **60 mph wind gusts** near **Lancaster, Colebrook, Errol, Stratford and Dixville** through **3:30 PM EDT**. Be alert for tree damage and sudden roadway obstructions.
