**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
– **New Mexico:** A dangerous dust storm is affecting **I-10 from mile markers 9–44 near Lordsburg** until **7:30 PM MDT**. Visibility may drop below ¼ mile with winds over **50 mph**—do not drive into blowing dust; pull off the road safely. Flash flooding is also ongoing near **Glenwood, Pleasanton and Alma** after **0.6–2 inches** of rain, while arroyo flooding is possible in east-central Socorro County.
– **Arizona:** Flash flooding is ongoing or possible in east-central Graham and west-central Greenlee counties, with **0.8–1.8 inches** already fallen and up to **1 inch more** possible through **8:45 PM MST**. Severe storms near **Tombstone, Safford and Thatcher** have produced gusts up to **60 mph** and small hail; use caution on Routes **80, 82, 191 and 70**.
– **Pennsylvania & West Virginia:** Heavy thunderstorms have caused flash flooding across the **Pittsburgh area** and parts of Fayette/Westmoreland counties, with **1–2.5 inches** of rain reported. Flash flooding is also affecting the **Charleston, WV area** and central West Virginia, including stretches of **I-77, I-79, Route 119 and the West Virginia Turnpike**. Never drive through flooded streets, underpasses or low-water crossings.
– **Kentucky:** Heavy rain is causing minor flooding in parts of **Knott, Letcher and Perry counties**, including near **Vicco, Letcher and Blackey**, through midnight EDT. Watch for water covering low-lying roads.
– **Texas:** Moderate flooding continues along the **Nueces River near Three Rivers and Tilden**. Avoid flooded roads and never drive around barricades.
– **Guam:** Heavy showers and thunderstorms may cause urban and small-stream flooding through **12:30 PM ChST**, including **Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao and Chalan Pago-Ordot**. Expect ponding on roads and poor-drainage areas.
