– **Pennsylvania:** Water has been observed over roads in the Pittsburgh area, including **Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park and Monroeville**. Flash flooding from 1–2 inches of rain continues through **10 PM EDT**.
– **Kentucky:** Minor roadway flooding and ponding are reported near **Millard and Fishtrap Lake** in Pike County, including along **Rocky Road**. Use caution through **10:15 PM EDT**.
– **Arizona:** Water may cover roads in southeastern Graham County, including **U.S. 191 (mile markers 93–106)** and **Route 266 (mile markers 105–110)**, through **6:45 PM MST**.
– **Oklahoma:** A severe thunderstorm near **Kenton, Black Mesa Park and Wheeless** is moving southeast at **20 mph**, capable of **60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail** through **7:30 PM CDT**. Avoid travel if possible; hail and wind can damage vehicles and knock down trees.
