**Kansas:** Flooding is ongoing or expected this morning in Chase and eastern Marion counties, including Cottonwood Falls, Strong City, Marion, Florence, Burns, and surrounding areas. Thunderstorms have dropped **2–5 inches of rain**, with up to **1 additional inch** possible. Low-water crossings may be inundated and impassable; warnings run until **11:15–11:45 AM CDT**. Minor urban and small-stream flooding is also affecting the Olsburg, Randolph, and Tuttle Creek Lake area until **8:45 AM CDT**. **Never drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.**
**Illinois & Northwest Indiana:** Dense fog is reducing visibility to **less than a half-mile** across portions of central, east-central, and northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana until **9 AM CDT / 10 AM EDT**. Slow down, use headlights, and leave extra following distance.
**Northeast Iowa, Southeast Minnesota & Southwest Wisconsin:** Dense fog may cut visibility to **one-quarter mile or less** through **9 AM CDT**, including Mower County, Minnesota. Use headlights, reduce speed, and allow extra stopping distance.
