**Arizona:** Flash flooding is ongoing or imminent in Pima County, including **Route 86 (mile markers 122–143)** and **Route 286 (23–39)** near San Isidro, Kitt Peak, Fresnal Canyon, and Pan Tak through **7:30 PM MST**. Rainfall of **0.8–1.5 inches** has fallen, with more possible. **California:** Heavy thunderstorms are causing low-water crossing and drainage flooding in parts of the desert. Use caution on **SR-127 near Dumont Dunes** through **8:15 PM PDT**. Near Ralph and Lodgepole, South Dakota, expect **60 mph winds and tennis-ball-size hail**. Around Hettinger, Reeder, and Bucyrus, North Dakota, storms carry **60 mph winds and golf-ball-size hail**.
