**North Dakota:** Flooding from heavy thunderstorms is affecting eastern Bottineau County through **8:00 AM CDT**. Bottineau, Willow City and Omemee have received 2–4 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible. Low-lying and poor-drainage roads may be flooded—never drive through water covering the roadway.
