⚠️ **Arizona:** Heavy rain is causing urban and small-stream flooding in the Tucson metro through **4:45 AM MST**. Watch for ponding and flooded washes on **I-19 (mile markers 51–63)** and **I-10 (248–271)**. Do not drive through water-covered roads.
⛈️ **Eastern Nebraska:** Severe thunderstorms moving east at **45 mph** may produce **60 mph wind gusts** through **4:30 AM CDT** across the Fremont, West Point, Tekamah, Blair and Arlington areas. Expect possible downed trees and debris on roads—slow down and avoid driving near damaged trees or power lines.
🌧️ **Nebraska Panhandle & southeast Wyoming:** A Flood Watch is in effect this afternoon through evening. Strong storms could produce **1–2 inches of rain in an hour or less**, flooding low spots, creeks and drainage-prone roads.
🌧️ **Indiana, Ohio & northern Kentucky:** Flood Watches continue through **Friday morning** across parts of northern and eastern Indiana, much of southern and central Ohio, and northern Kentucky. Repeated storms tonight could drop **1–2 inches of rain per hour**, with high creeks, flooded low-water crossings, highway dips and underpasses possible. In **White County, Indiana**, dam releases may flood low-water crossings through this evening.
🌧️ **Localized flooding:** Minor flooding is expected through **7:30 AM EDT** near Salem and Campbellsburg, Indiana, and through **7:45 AM EDT** near Jackson and Beattyville, Kentucky. Avoid low-lying roads and poor-drainage areas.
