**West**
– **Southern Nevada/California:** Life-threatening flash flooding is affecting **I-15 between mile markers 1 and 23 near Jean, Primm and Goodsprings**. Storms have dropped 1–3 inches of rain, with another 0.5–1.5 inches possible. Avoid flooded highways, streets and underpasses.
