Additional flash flooding is reported in southern Ford and southwestern Iroquois counties near **Melvin, Loda, Roberts and Sibley** through **8:15 AM CDT**.
– **Indiana:** Heavy thunderstorms are causing flash flooding around **Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Elwood and Tipton**, where rainfall rates may reach **1 to 2 inches per hour** and another **2 inches** is possible through **12:30 PM EDT**. Flooding is also affecting the **Covington, Veedersburg, Williamsport, Attica and Cayuga** area through **11:15 AM EDT**, with up to **1 inch** of additional rain possible.
– **Illinois/Indiana border:** Minor flooding is occurring on the **Vermilion River near Danville**, affecting secondary roads and low-lying areas in Vermilion, Illinois, and Vermillion, Indiana, through late morning.
– **Iowa:** A Flood Watch remains in effect mainly **along and south of I-80** across central and southern Iowa through **10 AM CDT**. Be alert for water-covered roads, rising creeks and poor-drainage flooding.
