Paxton and Gibson City are also reporting flooded streets and basements. Warnings continue through roughly **8–8:15 AM CDT**.

– **Southeast Iowa/western Illinois:** A Flash Flood Warning is in effect near **Fort Madison, Keokuk, Carthage, Nauvoo and Hamilton** until **7 AM CDT**. **2–5 inches** of rain has fallen, with more rain possible; expect water-covered streets, underpasses and low-lying roads.

– **West-central Indiana:** Heavy thunderstorms may produce flash flooding around **Crawfordsville, Shadeland, Ladoga, Waynetown and Darlington** through **9:30 AM EDT**. Rainfall rates of **1–1.75 inches per hour** are possible, with up to **2 additional inches** of rain.

– **Broader flood risk:** Flood Watches remain in effect until **10 AM CDT** across parts of eastern and southeast Iowa, northwest and west-central Illinois, and northeast Missouri. Areas along and south of **Highway 34** have already received **3–5+ inches** of rain; parts south of **I-80** have seen **1–3 inches**.
