Windward Big Island could receive 10β20 inches of rain, with 8β12 inches possible on windward Maui; road closures, overflowing streams, and landslides are possible through late tonight. Oahu, Kauai, and Niihau may see 4β6 inches, locally 8 inches, from this evening through late Sunday night. Flooding is already affecting roads around Hilo and other windward Big Island communities.
