🚗 **Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
**Arizona:** Life-threatening flash flooding is reported across parts of Mohave, Pima, Pinal, Cochise, Graham, Gila and Navajo counties. Heavy rain has produced up to 3 inches, with additional rainfall possible. Flooding is affecting washes, creeks, highways, streets, underpasses and low-water crossings near Kingman, Tucson, Oracle, Show Low, Willcox and southeastern Arizona. Impacts include **I-10, Routes 70, 77, 86, 87, 191, 266 and 286, and SR-260, SR-73 and SR-77**. Severe storms near Willcox and Kingman may produce **60-mph wind gusts and small hail**.
**New Mexico/Texas:** Flash flooding is occurring in the Sacramento Mountains and parts of Grant and Hidalgo counties, with rainfall rates of **2–3 inches per hour** in central Otero County. Flooding is also expected around Truth or Consequences, Elephant Butte and nearby arroyos and low-water crossings. A severe thunderstorm near Berino is moving north at **20 mph**, producing **60-mph wind gusts** and heavy rain along **I-10 from mile markers 150–164 in New Mexico and 1–3 in Texas**; the warning expires at **4:15 p.m. MDT**.
**Iowa:** A flood watch covers central Iowa through late Thursday night. Saturated soil and **2–4 inches of rain, locally higher**, may cause flash flooding, ponding and river rises.
