**Hawaii:** Hurricane Warnings remain in effect for the Big Island through **1 PM HST Saturday**, with tropical-storm-force winds continuing into early Sunday. Gusts may reach **80–90 mph** in several areas and **up to 115 mph** on Big Island summits. Additional rainfall of **6–15 inches** is possible in parts of the Big Island, with major flooding, submerged underpasses, washouts, mudslides, debris, and road/bridge closures possible. Coastal low-lying roads may also flood from **1–3 feet of storm surge** through early Monday. Tropical Storm Warnings cover Oahu, Maui County, Kauai, Molokai, Lanai and Niihau, where gusts may reach **55–90 mph** and heavy rain may flood roads. Avoid coastal routes, bridges, mountain roads, flooded areas, and travel during the strongest winds.
**Indiana & Illinois:** Major and moderate river flooding is creating widespread road hazards along the White, Wabash, Tippecanoe, Wildcat, Vermilion and Spoon Rivers. In the Indianapolis area, major flooding is affecting Noblesville, Nora, Ravenswood and nearby communities, with extensive local road flooding possible through midweek. Near Terre Haute, flooding west of the Wabash River may reach **I-70 and US-40**; the river is forecast to crest near **21.7 feet early Monday afternoon**. Near Lafayette, **SR-225 is covered by floodwater** in places, and nearby county roads are flooded or inaccessible. Never drive around barricades or into water-covered roads.
**Ohio Valley:** Flash flooding remains possible through Sunday morning across much of central and southwest Ohio and eastern Indiana, and through Monday morning across northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio and much of West Virginia. Additional heavy showers and thunderstorms could quickly flood low spots, highway dips, underpasses, creeks and rural roads.
