**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
🌧️ **Hawaii:** Tropical Storm Warnings remain in effect through 1 PM HST for much of the islands. Hazardous winds may gust **50–75 mph**, with the strongest potential on Lanai and parts of Oahu. Heavy rain may cause rapid road flooding, especially on Oahu—where a **Flash Flood Warning is in effect until 7:30 AM HST** for Honolulu, Waipio, Pearl City, Mililani and Waikele, with rain rates up to **2 inches per hour**. Maui, Kauai and other islands may see 1–6 inches of additional rain in some areas, low-road and bridge closures, debris, and possible coastal flooding in surge-prone areas. A few tornadoes are possible in parts of the island chain. Avoid flooded roads, bridges and underpasses; use extra caution in high-profile vehicles.
🌧️ **Ohio:** Flooding continues in north-central Washington County through **12:30 PM EDT**, including **I-77 between mile markers 4 and 17** near Marietta and Macksburg. Duck Creek remains elevated—do not drive through water-covered roads.
🌧️ **Indiana:** Heavy thunderstorms are producing flooding in east-central Indiana through **1:30 PM EDT**, including Muncie, Winchester, Yorktown, Union City and Albany. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen; expect water on low-lying roads and near creeks.
🌧️ **Virginia/West Virginia:** Heavy thunderstorm rain has produced 0.5–1.5 inches across Alleghany County, Virginia, and Greenbrier, Monroe and Summers counties in West Virginia. Up to another inch is possible through **1:30 PM EDT**, creating minor flooding on low-lying and poor-drainage roads near Lewisburg, White Sulphur Springs, Ronceverte, Alderson and Union.
🌊 **Illinois/Iowa:** River flooding continues. In Illinois, the Spoon River is flooding near London Mills and Seville through early Tuesday, with water affecting access roads near Seville and lower roads around Birmingham/Colmar. In Iowa, the Skunk River at Augusta is above flood stage, with water near the Perkins Road bridge through Monday morning.
