• **North Carolina:** Flash flooding is underway or expected near Whispering Pines, Vass and Cameron through **10:30 PM EDT**. Rainfall rates of 2–2.5 inches per hour may flood streets, highways, underpasses and low-lying areas. In Guilford County, damaging 60 mph winds may affect **I-85, I-40 and I-73** near Greensboro and High Point until **8:45 PM EDT**.
• **Northern Indiana & Northwest/West-Central Ohio:** Severe storms moving east at 35–55 mph may produce 60 mph winds, quarter-size hail and torrential rain. Use extra caution on **I-75**, including stretches near Lima, Delphos, Bluffton, Napoleon, Ottawa, Celina and Wapakoneta. Storm warnings run through **8:15–9 PM EDT**, with severe thunderstorm watches covering broader parts of Ohio until **midnight EDT**.
• **Northwest Ohio:** Toledo, Perrysburg, Bowling Green and Fostoria could see 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail through **9 PM EDT**. Expect possible tree debris, power-line damage and reduced visibility in heavy rain.

• **Nebraska Panhandle:** Severe storms near Scottsbluff, Gering, Mitchell, Bayard, Box Butte Reservoir and Marsland may produce 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail through **6:15 PM MDT**.
• **Kansas:** A nearly stationary severe storm near Scott City may bring 60 mph winds and penny-size hail through **7:15 PM CDT**.
