**Road-Weather Update:** Widespread flooding and storm-related travel hazards are affecting parts of the Midwest and Appalachians.
• **Ohio:** Severe thunderstorms moving east at 40 mph may produce 60 mph wind gusts around Mansfield, Marion, Bucyrus, Galion and Shelby through 12:30 PM EDT. Watch for downed trees, power lines and debris on roads. Flooding is also affecting **I-77 between mile markers 4 and 17** near Marietta, Macksburg, Lower Salem and Devola through 9:30 PM EDT.
• **Indiana/Illinois:** Flooding continues along the Wabash River and tributaries. **SR 225 near Lafayette is covered by floodwater**, while flooding also affects the **US-41/SR-63 split near Terre Haute**, areas near **US-36** by Montezuma, **SR-28 near Attica**, and **SR-213 near Jerome**. Numerous local and low-lying roads may be flooded; some warnings extend into next week.
• **Iowa:** Near Norwalk, water is over **Iowa 28 immediately south of town**, threatening rural gravel roads as the North River crests near 22 feet.
• **West Virginia:** Flooding is ongoing near Philippi, Belington, Montrose, Harman and Kerens after 2.5 to 3 inches of rain, through 6:15 PM EDT.
• **Eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia:** A Flood Watch remains in effect through Monday morning. Another 1 to 1.5 inches of rain is possible in thunderstorms, raising the risk of flash flooding on low-lying roads.
• **Garrett County, Maryland:** Flash flooding is possible through this evening, with 1 to 2 inches of rain expected and localized totals of 3 to 5 inches possible.
