– **Arkansas:** Flash flooding is ongoing or possible around Wickes, Grannis, Vandervoort, Mccauley and Hatton in Polk County after 2–5 inches of rain. Flooded streets, highways, underpasses and low-lying areas are possible through **11:30 PM CDT**. Never drive through water-covered roads.
– **Southeast Arizona:** A severe thunderstorm near Cascabel and Muleshoe Ranch Preserve is moving southwest at 10 mph, with **60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail** possible until **9:45 PM MST**. Slow down, avoid stopping beneath trees, and seek shelter if conditions worsen.
– **Northeast Missouri / Southeast Iowa:** Severe storms near Keokuk, Kahoka, Warsaw, Wayland and Alexandria may bring **60 mph winds, quarter-size hail and torrential rain** through **11:15 PM CDT**. Flash flooding may develop on roadways—do not drive through flooded areas.
– **Northeast Missouri / West-Central Illinois:** **I-172 between exits 15 and 19** and areas near Canton, Lewistown and Monticello could see **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail** through **11:30 PM CDT**. Expect possible tree debris, wind damage and hazardous driving conditions.
– **West Virginia:** Small-stream flooding and standing water are expected in southern Roane and south-central Calhoun counties, including **I-79 between mile markers 23 and 33**, through **5:30 AM EDT**.
