đźš§ **Road-Weather Update: Illinois & Indiana**

**Widespread river flooding is affecting travel near the Wabash and White Rivers** from Terre Haute and Montezuma south through Vincennes, Mount Carmel, Edwardsport, Petersburg, Hazleton, and surrounding rural areas.

– **Indiana:** Flooding may close **SR 358 between SR 67 at Edwardsport and SR 57 at Plainville.** Low roads near SR 57 in Pike County, including roads east and west of the highway, may also flood. Pottsville Road near Hazleton and the gravel shortcut to Riverton are among roads affected.
– **Illinois/Indiana border:** Flooded township roads are reported near St. Francisville, including **River Road between Billett Road and Lincoln Memorial Bridge** in Lawrence County. Rural roads in eastern Clark and Crawford counties may also flood.
– Flooding and road closures are expected to persist in some areas through **Wednesday evening, Thursday, Friday, and into Saturday**, depending on river location. The Wabash at Mount Carmel is forecast to crest near **20.1 feet Thursday morning.**
