🚗 **Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
**Arizona:** Dangerous flash flooding is affecting parts of Pima, Santa Cruz and Coconino counties. Avoid flooded roads on **I-19** near Green Valley and South Tucson, **I-10** near South Tucson and between Marana/Picacho Peak, plus **Routes 82, 83 and 86**. Storm rainfall has reached 1–2 inches in places, with additional heavy rain possible. Flash flooding is also impacting the Grand Canyon South Rim area, where dirt roads may become muddy or impassable. A broader flash-flood threat remains across southern Arizona through late Sunday night.
Severe storms near **Marana, Avra Valley, Pinal Airpark, Picacho Peak State Park and Red Rock** are producing wind gusts up to 60 mph and moving northeast at 10 mph.
**Utah:** Life-threatening flash flooding is occurring or expected around **Dry Rock Creek and lower Hole in the Rock Road toward Lake Powell**, including canyon and wash areas. About 0.75 inches of rain has fallen. Do not drive into flooded washes or road crossings; this warning runs until 8:45 PM MDT.
**South Dakota:** Severe storms are producing 60 mph winds and large hail near **Laplant**, **Hoven**, and parts of Bennett, Jackson and Oglala Lakota counties. Storms near Martin and Kyle are moving east at 60 mph. Flooding from 0.5–3 inches of rain is also expected in southwestern Edmunds and southeastern Walworth counties through 9:30 PM CDT. Pull over in a safe, sheltered location if hail or damaging winds approach—never drive through flooded roads.
**Montana:** Severe thunderstorms from **Havre to Chinook** are moving northeast at 30 mph, with wind gusts near 60 mph. Expect possible tree debris and wind damage on roads through 7 PM MDT.
**Nevada & New Mexico:** Heavy thunderstorms may flood low-lying roads, arroyos and stream crossings in southern White Pine County, Nevada—especially near the Ward Fire burn scar—and in rural northwestern Socorro, west-central Valencia and southeastern Cibola counties in New Mexico. Watch for mudslides, debris flows and rapidly rising water.
**Georgia:** Minor road flooding is possible in parts of Charlton, Clinch and Ware counties, including near Stephen Foster State Park, after 1–2.5 inches of rain with more possible through 8:30 PM EDT.
