**Road-Weather Update**
**Guam:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected across central Guam, including Dededo, Tamuning, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot and Barrigada, through **6:30 PM ChST**. Another 2–3 inches of rain is possible, with flooding of streets, highways, underpasses and low-lying areas. Do not drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.
**Northeast South Dakota:** Severe thunderstorms are moving east at 35 mph across southern Brown and northern Spink counties through **3:30 AM CDT**. Areas near Mansfield, Northville, Mellette, Brentford, Stratford, Verdon and Conde could see **2-inch hail** and wind gusts up to **60 mph**. Slow down, seek safe shelter if caught on the road, and avoid stopping beneath trees or near damaged power lines.
