**South-Central Arizona:** A Flood Watch remains in effect from Sunday evening through late Sunday night for the Phoenix metro and nearby desert/mountain areas, including Buckeye/Avondale, Central Phoenix, Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, East Valley, and Queen Creek. Training thunderstorms could produce localized rainfall over **2 inches**, flooding low-lying roads, washes, creeks, and flood-prone areas. Never drive through flooded roadways; turn around if water covers the road.
